Set the returning customer flag for a creditor applicant
PUT/applications/:applicationId/applicants/:applicantId/returning-customer
Allows a creditor to mark an applicant as a returning customer. Only available for creditors with the IncomeAnalysis product. Requires SetReturningCustomer permission.
