Set the shopping customer flag for a creditor applicant
PUT/applications/:applicationId/applicants/:applicantId/shopping-customer
Allows a creditor to mark an applicant as a shopping customer. Only available for creditors with the IncomeAnalysis product. Requires SetShoppingCustomer permission.
