applicantId string — REQUIRED The applicant ID.
integrationId string The integration id, required for integrations
requestId string The request id, required for integrations
failureReason string The reason for failure (if available)
source string Possible values: [EQUIFAX, TRANSUNION] The source that failed to produce a credit file. Optional for back-compat with the equifax lambda, which predates multi-provider support and never sends this field — defaults to EQUIFAX when omitted.
