/applications/:applicationId/credit-file/:applicantId

Get a credit file that has been previously pulled (requested) from a bureau provider using the dealer credentials. This endpoint should be called after the Request a Credit File Endpoint (POST /applications/:applicationId/credit-file/:applicantId/request)
