Possible values: [BANK_ACCOUNT, BANK_STATEMENT, PAYSTUB, LETTER_OF_EMPLOYMENT, NOTICE_OF_ASSESSMENT, SIN, IDV, SECONDARY_IDV]

The document template ID. A custom template id can be used to request a custom document from the applicant.

title string

The title of the todo. This is only required if a custom document is requested.
